Heather's Tea Bag CD

[About Me] [History] [Instructions] [Tiles] [Templates] [My Cards] [Guest Book]

After discussions with a few of the scrapbook stores in my area, I have decided to offer my tiles for sale in a CD format.  The benefits of buying the CD is that you will be able to click on each picture and easily print the page that comes up with 16 duplicate tiles that are approximately 1.5 inches in size.  Try it with the above photos.  In the end, this will save you a lot of time as you will be able to select and print a page worth of tiles with a few simple clicks of the mouse button.  I have my website set up to do this with the smaller tiles now as well but if you are on dial-up or cable is down, you can always have easy access to the tea bag tiles.

Because I have made the .jpg graphics smaller to fit  the WebPages, they will print best if the size remains the same or just slightly larger (about 1.5 inches).  I will include on the disk, all of the tiles in another set of folders that are larger should you wish to copy and print larger pictures tiles yourself.  In fact there will be more tiles in the larger tile index.  So far there are over 1180 tiles that I have made into duplicate tile sheets ready to print.

Over the past six months, I have tried a few different programs to see which format would be best to offer my tiles.  One Auto Menu Building program loaded extremely slowly because of the large number of graphics and limited me to the number of pictures I could add. Since I was already up to about 800 tiles. I needed a better program.   I did not want to just put my tiles in a folder and distribute just the files.  My CD needed to be exciting to view as well as be easy to print. I have come to the conclusion that putting my tiles into WebPages is the best way to go.  Therefore all anyone has to do is go to their web browser to access the CD.   Because you are accessing the CD instead of the internet, it is best to allow blocked content to get full benefit of the CD.

All net proceeds from this CD will be going to Breast Cancer Research.  This CD will be ready for purchase October 2007 to coincide  with Breast Cancer Month.   I will be selling the CD for $10. plus the actual shipping charge.
